These Terms govern your use of the MODDAZZA Research Hub website, MODO, customer accounts, services, and digital products. By using the website or making a purchase, you agree to them.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity on your account. Customer accounts are private and personal; you must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Research & academic support
MODDAZZA provides research and academic support — research planning, literature review support, methodology, biostatistics and data analysis, academic and scientific editing, referencing, scientific presentations, and consultation. We do not produce work intended to be submitted as a client's own original work in breach of academic rules. Clients remain responsible for complying with their institution's academic integrity policies.
3. AI Medical Content Evaluation
Evaluation reports reflect a structured human medical/scientific review of the content supplied, at the time of review. They are not a regulatory approval, legal opinion, or certification unless expressly agreed in a written contract. The client remains responsible for final publication decisions.
4. MODO (AI assistant)
MODO is an AI research and scientific assistant that provides general, educational information. It can make mistakes, is not a medical professional, and does not provide diagnosis, individual treatment decisions, or emergency advice. Always verify important information and consult a qualified professional for personal medical questions. Do not use MODO to circumvent academic integrity rules.
5. Prices & payments
Digital product prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; your bank may apply currency-conversion or international fees. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. Launch and promotional prices apply for the period shown and may end without notice.
6. Digital products & licence
Digital products are licensed for your personal or internal professional use, as described in our Digital Product Terms. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
7. MODO Rewards
MODO Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and may be adjusted if earned in error, by fraud, or through a refunded purchase. Points are awarded for submitting genuine reviews, never for the rating given. Reward availability, point values, and expiry are set by MODDAZZA and may change.
8. Reviews
Only customers who purchased or used a product or service can review it. Reviews must be honest and your own experience. We may moderate reviews that are abusive, off-topic, or contain personal data, but we do not remove reviews for being negative.
9. Intellectual property
The MODDAZZA name and logo, the MODO character, website content, courses, and digital products are owned by MODDAZZA and protected by intellectual-property laws. Custom deliverables are provided under the terms agreed for each request.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MODDAZZA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
