1. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, language preference, and password (stored securely by our authentication provider — we never see it).
• Order data: products purchased, amounts, currency, order status, and download history.
• Payment data is processed by our payment provider. MODDAZZA does not receive or store full card numbers or security codes.
• Enquiry data: details and files you submit through our contact, AI Medical Content Evaluation, and corporate forms.
• MODO conversations: the questions you ask MODO and its answers, processed to generate a response.
• Learning & rewards data: course progress, quiz results, certificates, reviews, and MODO Points.
• Technical data: device and browser type, pages visited, and a hashed (non-reversible) form of your IP address for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use information

• To create and secure your account and customer dashboard.
• To process orders, deliver digital products, send confirmation emails, and handle refunds.
• To respond to enquiries and deliver research support and evaluation services.
• To operate MODO and keep it safe (for example, rate limiting to prevent abuse).
• To run MODO Rewards, issue certificates, and publish verified reviews you choose to submit.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

3. MODO, our AI assistant

Messages you send to MODO are transmitted securely to our AI technology provider to generate an answer. Please do not share personal health information, identification numbers, or confidential data with MODO. MODO provides general scientific and educational information — it is not a doctor and does not provide diagnosis or individual treatment advice.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate MODDAZZA — hosting, database and authentication, payment processing, email delivery, and AI processing — under confidentiality and data-protection obligations, or when required by law.

5. Security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by role, and files you upload are stored privately. We keep order and payment records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes, and other data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

6. Your rights

You can access and update your account details from your dashboard. You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or object to certain processing, by emailing hello@moddazza.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable data-protection law.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language and theme, and protect checkout. We do not use advertising cookies.
