Digital Product Terms

1. Delivery

After successful payment you receive a confirmation email with a secure download link, and the product appears in My Digital Products in your account. Email download links expire after 30 days and allow up to 10 downloads; you can generate fresh links from your account at any time while the licence is active.

2. Licence

• Personal licence: one individual may use the product for their own study, research, and professional work.
• You may edit templates and use the outputs you create in your own work.
• You may not resell, share, publish, sublicense, or redistribute the files, videos, or course materials, in original or modified form.
• Team or institutional use requires a corporate licence — contact us via B2B enquiries.

3. Courses & certificates

Course access is personal. Certificates of completion are issued in the name on your account after completing all lessons and passing the final quiz; they confirm completion of a MODDAZZA micro-course and are not an academic or professional accreditation.

4. Educational use

Products support research, learning, and responsible use of AI. They do not replace professional medical, statistical, or legal advice, and must not be used to fabricate data or references or to bypass academic-integrity checks.

5. Updates

We may improve products over time. Where we release an updated version, customers who bought the product can download it from their account at no extra cost.
